摘要
目的:探析益生菌联合谷氨酰胺对重症患者肠道屏障功能的影响。方法:对2014年10月至2016年10月我院ICU收治的88例脑卒中患者予以分组研究,根据入院顺序随机分为两组,即对照组与观察组,各44例。对照组患者给予益生菌治疗,观察组患者给予益生菌联合谷氨酰胺治疗,对两组患者肠道通透性、血清内毒素浓度、肠道菌群变化予以比较。结果:治疗后,观察组患者乳果糖/甘露醇比值、血清内毒素浓度均明显低于对照组患者(P<0.05);肠道乳杆菌浓度明显高于对照组患者(P<0.05);革兰氏阴性菌浓度与对照组患者比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:益生菌联合谷氨酰胺对重症患者肠道屏障功能的保护效果更好,可广泛应用于临床。
To explore the effect of probiotics combined with glutamine on intestinal barrier function in critical patients.Methods:Eighty-eight ICU patients with stroke were randomly divided into control(probiotics alone) and study(probiotics+glutamine) groups(n=44,respectively).Probiotics was administrated in control group patients,while probiotics and glutamine was administrated in study group.Intestinal permeability,concentration of serum endotoxin,and intestinal flora were measured before and after treatment,the changes in two groups were compared as well.Results:After 8 days treatment,the lactulose/mannitol ratio and serum endotoxin concentration were significantly lower in the study group compared with the control,(P<0.05);the intestinal lactobacillus measurement was significantly increased in the study group compared to the control group(P<0.05);No differences were observed in Gram-negative bacteria measurement between control and study group.(P>0.05).Conclusion:Probiotics combined with glutamine worked better on reducing intestinal barrier dysfunction in critical patients with stroke,and its widely application prospect was viewed in clinical practice.
