摘要
本文在专利信息服务平台上对截至2015年4月30日申请并公开的与人工浮床相关的中国专利进行了研究分析。结果表明:在统计周期内,已申请的专利总量为854项,有效并授权的专利有422项,无效专利280项,在审专利152项,已授权专利中实用新型专利为总量的65.2%,发明专利和外观设计分别为总量的29.4%和5.4%;在2004年前,与人工浮床相关的有效专利数为0,之后逐步增长,2012年至2014年间授权专利数为274,占总授权专利的68.7%,与同期无效专利比为6:1。在人工浮床的相关专利中,主体结构类:应用方式类:辅助附件类约为5:2:1。专利的发展反映了与人工浮床相关产业的发展情况,现有的专利成果大部分已在我国的水体净化修复中获得应用,提升了水体净益效果和景观效益。
This paper studies the applications and publicly associated with the artificial floating bed Chinese patent in the patent information service platform to April 30,2015.The results showed that in the statistical period,there are total of 854 filed of patents,422 valid and authorized patents,280 invalid patents,and 152 patents on the docket,authorized patents is 65.2%of the total utility model patents,invention patents and appearance design is respectively 29.4%and 5.4%of the total;2004 years ago,the number of the effective patents is 0,then gradually increase,between 2012 and 2014 the number of the authorized patents is 274,accounting for 68.7%of the total authorized patents,and invalid patents than the same period as 6:1.In the artificial floating bed related patents,the main structure types:the application pattern class:the auxiliary accessories class is about 5:2 = 1.The development of the Patents reflects the development of related industries,and the most patents had been used in the water purification repair,improving the effect of water quality and landscape benefits.
