应变速率对GH4169合金激光焊接接头变形行为的影响

摘要
研究了应变速率对GH4169合金激光焊接接头拉伸性能及变形行为的影响规律及机制。结果表明,与母材相比,GH4169合金激光焊接接头的变形行为对应变速率更为敏感。随应变速率的增加,焊接接头的强度有所提高,塑性则呈先下降后升高的趋势,断裂位置由母材经热影响区向熔合区靠近,断口韧窝尺寸先变大后减小,表明接头的变形行为具有较高的应变速率敏感性。
The present work aimed to study the effect of strain rate on the tensile properties of GH4169 super alloy welded joint and the results show that the welded joints are more sensitive to the strain rate compared to the base material,the strength of the welded joints increased with the increasing strain rate,while the ductility decreased first and then increased.The failure location changed from the base material to the softened heat-affected zone and then closed to the fusion zone with the increase of strain rate,and the variation of the dimple size illustrated the sensitivity of the welded joint to the high strain rate.
