飞机发动机舱大型壁板设计解决方案

摘要
在某飞机发动机舱壁板结构设计过程中,采用了耐高温复合材料壁板、钛合金超塑成形/扩散连接整体壁板、钛合金双光束激光焊接整体壁板等技术,取得了良好的减重效率,表面质量得到明显改善,并且部件的疲劳寿命较之传统设计方案大幅提高。
In the process of the structure design of large scale panel for the engine bay,high-temperature resistant composite panel,superplastic forming/diffusion bonding(SPF/DB) panel of Titanium alloy and double beam laser welding panel of Titanium alloy have been used to reduce in weight,improve surface quality and fatigue life of aircraft structure.
