摘要

介绍了激光钎焊技术在白车身焊接中的应用以及激光钎焊技术的工艺特点。提出了激光钎焊对工件以及装备的要求,简要介绍了激光钎焊装备系统的构成,分析总结了激光钎焊技术工艺的主要影响参数,并探索了其作用机理。对激光钎焊技术在汽车工业中的应用有重要的参考意义。
The application in BIW welding and the process characteristic of laser brazing technology are introduced.The requirements of the workpiece and equipment are proposed.Composition of laser brazing equipment system is briefly introduced.The main influencing parameters of laser brazing technology process are analyzed and summarized,and its mechanism is explored.This paper has important reference significance in the application of laser brazing technology in automobile industry.
