Inconel718合金十字交叉焊点脉冲激光焊接特性

摘要
采用脉冲Nd:YAG激光对Inconel718合金条带的十字交叉焊点进行试验研究,从焊点外观和力学性能方面,研究了脉冲激光工艺参数对Inconel718合金十字交叉点焊的影响规律。研究表明:脉冲能量较小时,激光热量输入不能充分熔化交叉焊点预留凸台,焊点余高较大,无法满足实际应用要求。在单位脉冲能量一定的前提下增大峰值功率减小脉冲宽度,或增大激光脉冲的发射个数均可改善焊点的成形,减小焊点余高。增大峰值功率得到较大的十字交叉焊点拉伸载荷。
The research on intersect welds of Inconel718 alloy straps is performed by using pulsed Nd:YAG laser.The effects of laser parameters on the intersect welds are analyzed from the appearances and mechanical properties.The results show that the protrusion of the weld beads cannot meet the applied requirement because the welding convex platforms are failed to be molten with the improper parameters of low pulse energy.With increasing the peak power and decreasing the pulse width or increasing the number of shots when the single pulse energy remains stability,the protrusion of the weld beads are decreased and the appearances of welds are better.With increasing the peak power,the tensile loads of the intersect welds are increased.
