低强度松散回潮系统的设计及应用

摘要
为解决切片松散回潮由于机械作用强度和蒸汽施加强度过高引起的造碎大和对烟草内在品质的不良影响,利用烟包在预压打包时自然形成的层理特征,研制了预松散装置并配合以滚筒式回潮机筒内结构的优化,构成低强度松散回潮系统。应用效果表明:在出料温度较低(≤53℃)的情况下,松散率可达到99.5%以上,且每批次碎片量平均由86.5kg降到79.6kg;碎末量平均由6.1kg降到3.2kg。该系统运用简单原理,采用简单结构,对切后烟块进行柔性预松散,并且对回潮机筒内结构进行优化,从而实现低强度松散回潮。
To solve the problem of high degradation rate and negative impact on tobacco quality caused by over intensity of mechanical processing and steam application during slice loosening and conditioning, a pre-loosening equipment is developed and manufactured utilizing natural layer of tobacco bale formed during pressing and packing. And a low intensity loosening and conditioning system is built up by pre-loosening equipment and inside optimized conditioning cylinder. The application result tells: the loosening rate under lower discharge temperature(≤53℃) is over 99.5%, and the mean of scrap amount in batches reduced to 86.5kg from 79.6kg; the mean of dust amount reduced to 3.2kg from 6.1kg. This system adopts simple theory and structure to apply flexible pre-loosening to tobacco slices, and optimizes inside structure of conditioning cylinder to allow loosening and conditioning under low intensity.
