阻燃抗静电聚氨酯的制备与性能

摘要
以低聚物聚酯多元醇和2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)合成预聚体,以3,3′-二氯-4,4′-二氨基二苯甲烷(MOCA)为扩链剂,加入阻燃剂和抗静电剂制备浇注型聚氨酯弹性体。讨论了低聚物聚酯多元醇类型、预聚体NCO基含量、抗静电剂和阻燃剂添加量对CPUE性能影响。结果表明,预聚体NCO质量分数为4.30%、抗静电剂用量为4%,阻燃剂用量为7%时,制得的CPUE的力学性能和阻燃抗静电性能,能够满足皮带清扫器的使用要求。
The casting polyurethane elastomers(CPUE) were prepared with the prepolymer and the chain extender by prepolymer method.The prepolymer was synthesized using polymeric polyester polyol and toluene diisocyanate(TDI),the chain extender was 3,3'-dichloro-4,4'-diaminodiphenyl methane(MOCA).The effect of polymeric polyester polyol types,the NCO concentration in prepolymer,the amount of antistatic agent and fire retardant agent on the menchanical properties of CPUE was researched.The result showed that,when the NCO concentration in prepolymer was 4.30%,the amount of antistatic agent was 4%,and the amount of flame retardant agent was 7%,it was suitable for belt cleaning gear.
