醉香含笑(Michelia macclurei)开花特征与花粉活力研究

摘要
为了掌握醉香含笑(Michelia macclurei)的开花特性,为开展木兰科植物间的杂交育种提供依据。本文采用常规方法,研究了醉香含笑的开花特征、花粉成熟特性和花粉离体萌发的最佳条件及花粉最佳采收时间。结论表明:①醉香含笑单花花期为11.4±1.84d,花期为25.1±1.85d;②醉香含笑每个心皮内含胚珠2个至多个,2~3个相对较为常见;③醉香含笑柱头在Ⅱ、Ⅲ时期可授性最强;④醉香含笑花粉离体培养最适培养基配比是:蔗糖浓度为150g/L,硼酸浓度为200mg/L,氯化钙浓度为200mg/L;⑤经花粉离体培养,醉香含笑Ⅲ时期花粉萌发率最高。
Michelia macclurei belongs to the Magnoliaceae Michelia,is the primitive angiosperms flowering plants.To reveal it's flowering characteristics and pollen germination,and provides guidance for Michelia macclurei in the landscape application and cross breeding.This paper studied flowering characteristics,mature pollen characteristics,the best condition of in vitro pollen and pollen best harvesting time using conventional methods.Results were showed as follows:①Michelia macclurei single flower blooming 11.4 ± 1.84 days,flowering last 25.1 ± 1.85 days.②Ovules of Michelia macclurei containing two or more in every carpel,three are relatively common.③Stigma receptivity of Michelia macclurei in Ⅱ,Ⅲ period can give the most.④For Michelia macclurei,the pollen germination is most suitable to the concentration of sucrose(150g/L),CaCl_2,(200mg/L),H_3BO_3(200mg/L).⑤The pollen in vitro culture,Ⅲ period is the highest rate of pollen germination of Michelia macclurei.
