摘要
目的对老年轻度认知障碍(mild cognitive impairment,MCI)患者营养不良的进行筛查,评估老年MCI与营养不良的相关性,及不同营养量表对老年体检患者营养状态的评价效果。方法自2014年6-12月,选择在中国石油天然气集团公司中心医院老年科进行常规体检的老年人458例(≥65岁)。每位老年人在完成常规体检及老年综合评估的基础上,由老年科护士应用简易精神状态检查(mini-mental state examination,MMSE)评估其认知功能,由专科进行营养不良的诊断。并对2002营养风险筛查(nutrition risk screening2002,NRS2002)与微型营养评估简易量表(mini-nutrition assessment-shot form,MNA-SF)进行对比。结果 1、108例老年MCI患者中存在营养不良的有35例(33.3%),正常认知患者350例,存在营养不良53(15.1%)。老年MCI人群与营养不良具有明确相关性。2、MNA-SF量表操作简单,与传统的营养评价法有良好的线性相关性,适合老年体检人群的使用。结论老年MCI人群中发生营养不良较高,应用MNA-SF进行老年体检人群营养风险评估具有较高可操作性。
Purpose Mild cognitive impairment(mild cognitive impairment,MCI)the screening of elderly with malnutrition evaluate the relevance, for relationalship elderly MCI andmalnutrition, and different nutrition scale the evaluation of nutritionl status in patients. Methods Total of 458 subjects in regular physical examination population. Using an procedure of check-upprovided by geriatrican and comprehensive geriatric assessment such as(mini-nutrition assessment-shot form,MNA-SF and the nutrition risk screening 2002(NRS2002). And which one was the best forMCI.Consequence 1、This study in elderly patients with MCI 108 cases, there are malnourished in 35 cases(33.3%),350 cases of patients with normal cognition,malnutrition,53(15.1).Elderly MCI grouphas a clear correlation with malnutrition.2、 MNA-SF scale operation is simple,was suitable for elderly check –up used. Conclusion Elderly higher malnutrition in the population, MCI applicationMNA-SF,elderly medical nutrition risk assessment with high maneuver ability.
