原虫净对褶皱臂尾轮虫的毒性效应

摘要
本试验通过原虫净对褶皱臂尾轮虫的急性、慢性毒性试验,研究了原虫净对褶皱臂尾轮虫存活、生长和繁殖的影响。试验结果显示:原虫净对褶皱臂尾轮虫的24h LC50值为422.63ug/L,48h LC50值为302.86ug/L,应用Turubell公式得出其安全浓度为46.66ug/L。褶皱臂尾轮虫总生殖量随着原虫净浓度的升高而减少,存活天数随着浓度的升高而降低,产前发育天数随浓度的升高而延长,平均生殖次数和每次生殖个数均随浓度升高而降低。总生殖量各试验组与对照组均有显著差异;存活天数除10ug/L组外,其它组与对照组有显著差异。内禀增长率r_m、净生殖率R_0和周限增长率λ均随着浓度的升高而降低,世代周期T随着浓度的升高而增加。r_m、λ和R_0各试验组间与对照组均有显著性差异;T低浓度组与对照组差异不显著,30ug/L以上浓度组与对照组差异显著。研究结果表明,10ug/L低浓度的原虫净对褶皱臂尾轮虫存活天数、产前发育时间、平均生殖次数和每次生殖个数影响不大,即与对照组无显著性差异,但对总生殖量、内禀增长率、净生殖率和周限增长率等种群增长参数已有明显影响,与对照组间差异显著。
This test through net protozoa to Brachionus plicatilis via acute and chronic toxicity tests to study the net protozoa of Brachionus plicatilis survival, growth and reproduction by protozoa. The test results show: net protozoa of Brachionus plicatilis of 24 h LC50 value is 422.63 ug/L, 48 h LC50 value is302.86 ug/L, and through Turubell for_mula derived its security concentration 46.66 ug/L. Brachionus plicatilis protozoa total reproductive capacity reduces when net concentration increased, the number of days of survival decreases as the concentration increases, the number of days of prenatal development increases with the concentration of prolonged, average reproductive times and the numbers of each reproductive increased with the concentration increases. The total amount of reproduction in each test group has a significant different from the comparison group; except for survival for several days 10ug/L group, other groups has significant different from the comparison group. Intrinsic growth rate r_m, net reproductive rate R_0 and the finite rate of λ is reduced as the concentration increases, generation periodicity T increases as the concentration increases. Each test group of r_m, λ and R_0 has significant different from the comparison group; The group of T low concentrations has no significant differences from the comparison group, more than 30ug/L concentration group has significant different;from the comparison group.Research indicates: The net protozoa of 10ug/L low concentrations has little influence on number of days of survival Brachionus plicatilis, prenatal development time, the average number of reproductive and each number of reproductive.
