升温对齐口裂腹鱼抗氧化酶,Na~+/K~+-ATP酶和激素的影响

本实验为决定升温对齐口裂腹鱼抗氧化防御应激,钠钾ATP酶和激素的影响,肝脏与肌肉中SOD和CAT,肌肉与鳃中MDA,以及鳃中Na+/K+-ATP酶,和血清激素的变化分别在11℃,16℃,21℃,26℃,31℃被检测。结果表明:氧化应激参数对于温度是高度敏感的。雅鱼的最大临界温度是31℃。随着温度的升高,SOD活性缓慢的下降,肌肉中21℃和26℃是显著低于11℃和16℃(P<0.05)。CAT活性缓慢降低,21℃显著低于其他组(P<0.05)。肌肉与肝脏中MDA的累积在21℃达到最低值(P<0.05)。同时,鳃中Na~+/K~+-ATP酶活性活性在第一时间缓慢降低,然后开始增加。在21℃,活性达到最小(P<0.05)。血清乙酰胆碱和皮质醇随着温度增加而增加。乙酰胆碱水平在11℃低于其他组,在26℃达到最大(P<0.05)。皮质醇水平在31℃达到最大(P<0.05)。结果表明雅鱼的养殖过程对温度是很敏感。
This study aims to determine the effects of increasing temperature on the antioxidant defenses stress, and Na+/K+-ATPase activities and hormone variation of Ya-fish(Schizothorax prenanti). The activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD) and catalase(CAT) in the liver and muscle, the malondialdehyde(MDA) contents in the muscle and gill, and the Na~+/K~+-ATPase activities in the gill, and hormone variation in plasma were measured at 11℃, 16℃, 21℃, 26 ℃and 31 ℃, respectively. The results showed that the oxidative stress biomarkers were highly sensitive to temperature. The CTM was 31 ℃. The SOD activities slowly declined with increasing temperature and were significantly lower at 21 ℃ and 26 ℃ in muscles than at11 ℃ and 16 ℃(P < 0.05). The activities of CAT gradually declined and were significantly lower at 21 ℃ than at other temperatures(P < 0.05).The accumulation of MDA in muscle and gill decreased to the lowest value at 21 ℃(P < 0.05). Na~+/K~+-ATPase activity activity initially decreased on the first day and increased in the subsequent temperature-point. At 21 ℃, the activities of Na~+/K~+-ATPase declined to minimum value(P < 0.05). The levels of serum acetylcholine(ACh) and cortisol increased with increasing temperature. ACh level was lower at11 ℃ than other temperatures, at 26 ℃ its level elevated to the top(P < 0.05). Cortisol level was higher at 31 ℃(P < 0.05). Our results demonstrate Ya-fish culture regarded to their susceptibility to temperature.
