基于最优化法的TiO_2/Ag/TiO_2复合膜的光学计算

摘要
利用真空蒸发镀在玻璃基体上制备了纳米TiO_2/Ag/TiO_2多层膜,在覆盖上层二氧化钛膜之前,利用氩等离子辐照纳米Ag膜,大幅度提高了复合膜的透过率(Optics Letters,2015,40(23):5455-5458)。本文利用最优化法计算薄膜光学参数,并通过调整银膜厚度、折射率、消光系数,探究银膜光学参数对复合膜透过谱影响规律,拟合出三层复合膜TiO_2/Ag/TiO_2在可见光波段透过谱,拟合结果与实验结果相符。研究结果表明氩等离子体辐照可减小纳米银折射率和消光系数,从而提高复合膜在可见光波段透过率。
