摘要
目前国内矿热炉水冷炉盖大多采用钢结构,正常使用寿命一般在2年以内,未能适应矿热炉大型化、大功率化、自动化的发展趋势。华兴股份近年来开发一种大型矿热炉新型铜板炉盖,采用压延铜板钻孔焊接工艺,具有良好的导热性能、结构强度高等特点,在国内外几个大型矿热炉得到应用,使用寿命比钢结构水冷炉盖有显著提高。
At present most of submerged arc furnaces in China have adopted as steel structure,whose normal work life is less than 2 years,and this could not adapt the development trend of large-scale,high power,automation for submerged arc furnace. Huaxing company has developed a large-scale submerged arc furnace copper plate roof,and applied extruded and drawn copper plate and drilling and welding. The copper plate roof has advantages such as good thermal conductivity,high strength structure etc.,which applied in several large-scale submerged arc furnace at home and aboard,compared with the steel structure water-cooled roof,the work life is significantly improved.
