摘要
Indoxamycin家族分子是在合成上非常具有挑战感的天然产物。我们将讨论两条解决这类分子全合成的简短路线。这两条路线都是在对天然产物分子骨架识别的基础上,根据我们提出的"Seeding&Growing"策略发展的。基于两种不同的分子骨架模式识别,我们探索了在两个便宜易得的分子"种子"基础上,利用简单直接的化学转化分别"长"出天然产物的两条不同合成路线。
Two short synthetic solutions to the synthetically challenging indoxamycin family of natural products will be discussed.The two solutions are both derived from our "S & G" strategy("Seeding and Growing" Strategy) inspired by the molecular pattern recognition highlighted in the scheme.Two different seeding tactics lead to two distinct growing approaches both applying straightforward chemical operations based on cost-friendly reagents and readily available seeds.
