摘要
随着我国在高等教育阶段统筹推进"世界一流大学"和"世界一流学科"的建设和发展,各级各类高校切实实行国家"双一流"建设总体规划,倡导坚持以中国特色、世界一流为核心,以立德树人为根本,以支撑创新驱动发展战略、服务经济社会发展为导向,积极培育高素质技能型复合人才以便于服务经济改革发展。在"双一流"建设中高校的师资队伍建设扮演着关键性角色。因此,文章从高校师资队伍建设面临的挑战角度分析,提出相对有效建议,希望能对"双一流"建设中高校师资队伍发展有所裨益。
Along with our country in the stage of higher education as a whole to promote "world-class university" and "world class discipline"construction and development, colleges and universities of all types and at all levels implement national overall construction plan of" double top ", advocating adheres to the core of Chinese characteristics, a world-class, complying with the moral and cultivating talentsas the fundamental, supporting the innovation driven development strategy, economic and social development as the guidance, to cultivate high-quality skilled compound talents in order to service the economic reform and development. In the construction of "double top" colleges and universities teachers construction plays a key role. Therefore, this paper analyzed the challenge for the university teaching staff construction, proposing relatively effective Suggestions, hoping to benefit for thecollege faculty developmentin the construction of "double top".
