一种双链季铵盐对油田采出水中微生物的杀菌性能研究

摘要
研究了一种双烷基二甲基季铵盐(DDAC)对油田实际含菌污水中硫酸盐还原菌(SRB),铁细菌(FB)及腐生菌(TGB)的杀菌性能,并与油田常用的季铵盐、季磷盐类杀菌剂的杀菌效果进行了对比。同时采用电化学交流阻抗(EIS)法研究了该双链季铵盐对SRB生物膜的渗透和剥离能力。结果表明,(DDAC)对油田污水中细菌的最低杀菌浓度可达20 mg·L~(-1),其杀菌效果显著优于1227、戊二醛及季磷盐等常用杀菌剂,同时对于生物膜下的细菌也具有优良的杀菌效果。EIS分析表明,该季铵盐对SRB生物膜具有良好的渗透能力,证实双链季铵盐的双链结构是抑制细菌呼吸作用从而起到杀菌和生物膜剥离能力的关键。
The bactericidal performance of didecyl dimethyl quaternary ammonium salt(DDAC) was studied with oilfield produced water that containing bacterium of SRB,IB and TGB.The bactericidal properties of DDAC was compared with several common oil-field germicides such as quaternary ammonium salts,quaternary phosphonium salts.The penetration and stripping ability of the SRB biological membrane was investigated by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS).The results showed that the MIC of DDAC is 20 mg · L~(-1) and has excellent bactericidal properties with dosage of 50 mg · L~(-1) in oilfield produced water,which is superior to 1227,glutaraldehyde and quaternary phosphonium salts et al.The EIS analysis showed that,the quaternary ammonium salt had excellent penetration ability on SRB biological membrane.
