[(CH_3)_2NH_2][Mn_xMg_(1-x)(HCOO)_3]钙钛矿B-位固溶体的结构相变和性质

摘要
金属-甲酸-铵材料呈现出丰富和有趣的结构相变和相关介电/铁电/反铁电等性质,其中最为典型的体系是钙钛矿[(CH_3)_2NH_2][M(HCOO)_3]。我们制备和研究了同构的[(CH_3)_2NH_2][Mn_xMg_(1-x)(HCOO)_3]钙钛矿B-位Mn-Mg混合金属的全程固溶体,结果表明,固溶体的顺电-铁电相变特征和纯金属化合物相同,而随着固溶体中Mn含量的增加,低Mn%时相变温度(T_C)降低缓慢,高Mn%时T_C的降低明显加快,这是金属离子平均质量和平均体积的增加协同作用的结果。
The isostructural[(CH_3)_2NH_2][Mn_xMg_(1-x)(HCOO)_3]B-site mixed metal perovskite solid solutions were prepared,and they showed systematic decrease in phase transition temperatures,first slow then fast,upon the increase of the Mn component within the materials,due to the cooperation of the increased average mass and size of metal ions.
