摘要
目的:分析护理安全管理对血液透析室护理质量的影响。方法:选取2013年5月-2016年10月我院血液透析室收治的110患者作为研究对象,按照1:1比例分为A组(n=55,行护理安全管理)和B组(n=55,行常规护理),A组患者的护理质量评分和患者满意度评分明显高于B组,组间差异显著(P<0.05)。结果:比较2组护理质量和医师满意度的差异。结论:血液透析室运用护理安全管理有利于显著降低护理风险,提高护理质量,值得临床使用和大力推广。
Objective:to analyze the nursing safety management on the quality of the hemodialysis room care.Selection Methods:in May 2013-2016 in October of 110 patients admitted in our hospital hemodialysis room as the research object,according to the proportion of 1:1 were divided into group A(n= 55,nursing safety management) and group B(n= 55,routine nursing),A group of patients with nursing quality score and patient satisfaction score is significantly higher than group B,the significant difference between groups(P < 0.05).Results:comparing the difference between the two groups nursing quality and physician satisfaction.Conclusion:blood dialysis room use is beneficial to significantly reduce the risk of nursing,nursing safety management to improve the quality of nursing,worthy of clinical use and promoted.
