MOOCs为基础的断层影像解剖与虚拟仿真融合的教学改革

摘要
我们试图尝试运用一种新的教学方法,即结合MOOCs的思想将断层影像解剖学和虚拟仿真技术融合。举例详细介绍腹部断层影像第二肝门横断层面的解剖教学当中,如何在数字人系统的操作界面下,进行第二肝门横断层面的讲解。首先进入课程界面导入微视频,同时利用VH Dissector Pro软件的索引、标记、旋转、移除、放大等功能复习肝脏的基础解剖知识,通过这个软件的不同视图界面来着重学习肝的横断层面的主要结构、毗邻及其临床要点。利用此软件的交互式课程平台,添加第二肝门层面的CT、MRI以及B超的影像图片,通过链接的方式把影像断层图片和第二肝门的横断层面图联系起来观察。其次,在线讨论与肝、肝门静脉相关的解剖学知识和临床问题,进行PBL教学,最后,老师对学生提出的问题进行答疑,了解学生的学习效果,测试学生对知识点的掌握程度,制定学生作业的评分规则,进行同学互评。
