某新型自动武器的动力学建模与仿真

摘要
随着世界军事技术的飞速发展,班组支援武器成为新一代轻武器装备体系的骨干装备之一。而“大幅度减化品种,提高效能”是班组支援武器的主要发展趋势。本文以一种新型班组支援武器为研究对象,采用虚拟样机技术对自动机和供弹机进行了动力学仿真研究。
     本文简要介绍了班组支援武器的国内外发展现状,详细介绍了移动式双路供弹机构的结构特点和工作原理,确定了双路供弹机构的总体方案,并利用实体建模软件PRO/E完成了移动式双路供弹机构的三维实体建模及全枪装配。应用ADAMS与PRO/E的接口模块Mech/PRO将模型导入ADAMS中。通过定义零部件属性、运动约束、载荷等方面,建立了某新型自动武器的虚拟样机模型,并计算获得了动能弹和榴弹的内弹道诸元。完成了虚拟样机模型的仿真求解,得到了自动机和供弹机的基本运动、动力学特性,证明该自动武器的结构基本合理,双路供弹机构与自动机匹配较好。在此基础上分析了导气装置、枪机框的曲线槽和质量、复进簧等参数变化对自动机和供弹机运动特性的影响,探讨了优化该武器动力学特性的途径,为今后该武器样枪的进一步研究和改进设计提供有益的参考和理论指导。
With the development of military technology, crew-served weapon have become the critical part of new age light weapons. As "decreasing the types sharply and increasing the efficiency" is one of the main development trends in this kind of weapons. This thesis introduces a new crew-served weapon and has dynamic simulation by virtual prototype technology on it.
     This thesis introduces the development condition of crew-served weapon in and abroad, analyzes the structural characteristics and working theory of movable two-way feed mechanism thoroughly, conforms the whole design idea for such two-way feed mechanism and realizes three dimensional modeling & total assembling using PRO/E. The model is transferred into the ADAMS by the interface module of ADAMS and PRO/E. After that the virtual sample of certain type of new automatic weapon is established and the inner bomb units of shrapnel are gained. Through the simulation of such virtual prototype model, the basic kinematics and dynamics characteristics of the automatic mechanism and two-way feed mechanism are proposed with the confirmation of proper structure and good matching for two-way feed mechanism and automatic mechanism. On these foundations, influences and optimization of gas transferring devices, curve-like groove of the gun frame, mass and recoil check spring to the kinematics characteristics of the automatic mechanism and two-way feed mechanism are discussed by defining the components parameters, moving restrictions, loads and so on. It may be a good reference for further study and improvement for this kind of weapon prototype.
