数据交换在数字化校园中的应用

摘要
高校信息化经过十多年的努力,取得了很大成绩,建设重心已经从初期的计算机与网络硬件基础设施为主的校园网建设开始逐步转向以支持教学应用、科研协作、资源共享和电子校务等为主的数字化校园建设,尤其是一些应用软件系统的成功应用正在越来越多地影响着高校原有的教学、科研、管理,乃至校园文化与校园生活等等各方面,由于学校应用软件的增多,各个应用软件消除信息孤岛、信息不一致、数据混乱等问题日益突出,所以在成熟的应用系统上规范地对学校信息资源进行整合和集成,通过数据交换技术,可以使学校各个应用系统数据融会贯通,应用系统数据有效的整合,完全消除信息孤岛的问题,规范了学校办事流程,提高了学校管理水平,增强了学校业务口办事效率,使得老师从繁杂的业务劳动解放出来,所以研究数据交换技术在数字化校园中的应用有着重大的意义。
     本论文研究基于ESB、SOA、J2EE等先进技术、理念和架构的轻量的、通用的数据交换平台,构建安全可靠的公共数据交换系统,实现各个应用系统之间的数据交换与数据共享;主要解决了如下问题建立统一的信息标准,信息标准是数据交换的基础;构建统一的信息门户,集中信息资源管理、应用服务管理和内容整合,为广大师生提供个性化的综合信息服务;构建统一的身份认证系统,集中用户管理、统一权限管理,保证用户电子身份的唯一性、真实性与权威性,实现用户单点登录,一站式服务;构建安全可靠的公共数据交换系统,实现各个应用系统之间的数据交换与数据共享。实现校内的各种异构数据源的无缝接入,建设全面反映学校教学、科研工作以及师生员工工作、学习和生活的相关数据库,这些数据既要高度集中、又要安全可靠,为数字化校园的建设提供可共享的数据支持;建立全校唯一的可信信息源,解决因统计口径、统计时间不一致所导致的数据不一致现象。
As one of major contents of China’s educational informationization construction, college informationization has achieved great success after more than 10 years of hard work. The construction focus has gradually shifted from the initial campus network construction, which is mainly based on computer, network and hardware infrastructure, to digitized campus construction, which emphasizes teaching application, cooperation in research and development, resource sharing and E-school, etc. Especially, the successful application of some application software systems is exerting more and more influence in college in every respect, such as teaching, researching, management, even campus culture and campus life. With the increasing number of school application softwares, some problems, such as Information Island, inconsistent information, confusing data, become more serious. Based on mature application systems, integrating school information resources standardizely to form integrated and standard data information can resolve these problems. Through school data exchanging and sharing, standardize working procedures, and achieve promoting education informationization, scientification of decision-making, regularization of school management through management and procedure reconstruction, and then provide teachers and students with the information platform of teaching, studying and researching. Through data exchange, data in different application systems is integrated effectively, which eliminates Information Island totally, improves school management, increase work efficiency at different departments, and free teachers from miscellaneous work. Therefore, it is very significant to research the application of data exchange in digitized campus.
     This paper is based on the advanced technologies,idears such as EBS,SOA,J2EE and so forth,frame-supporting,lightweigt and general data exchange platform. To build a safe and reliable public data exchange system ,realize the dada exchange and the dada sharing among every application system; It mainly solves the problems as follows:To establish the united information standard which is the basic of the data exchange;To set up the united information gateway to put the management of information resources and application survices together,so that it can provide personalized composite information survices to the majority of teachers and students.To establish a united identity certification system ,put the management of users and unite permission together, ensure the uniqueness,truth and authority of users’electronic identity so that it can help users to login with single click and one-step survices.To build a safe and reliable public data exchange system, realize the data exchange and the data sharing among every application system.To realize the seamless access of all kinds of data source that in different structure in the school,set up a database which can reflect the teaching,research work of the school,the work,learning and life of the teachers and students comprehensively.The datas are not only required to be highly concentrated but also to be safe and reliable which will be used to provide shared data support for the construction of digital school.To set up the unique credible information source in the school,eliminate the phenomenon that due to the differences between the statistics of caliber and time.
