中国电信MBOSS系统中网元管理系统的研究及实现

摘要
随着全球电信业务的逐步开放,电信运营企业的经营方式正在从以业务为中心转变为以客户为中心,客户服务将成为电信企业的下一个竞争焦点。如何进一步提高电信服务质量,增强企业竞争能力,成为当前电信运营商关注的焦点。
     在这种背景下,电信管理论坛提出了“新一代电信运营支撑系统(NGOSS)”。NGOSS是研究人员从电信运营企业的核心业务流出发,通过彻底分析业务流程以及研究OSS系统建设的相关技术,提出的一整套能够完全支撑电信业务,并能在业务变化过程中平滑过渡的面向客户的OSS系统建设框架。文中所关注的CTG-MBOSS系统是中国电信集团公司参考NGOSS标准提出的新一代企业管理/业务/运营/支撑系统,作为CTG-MBOSS系统基础的网元管理系统,在建设新型系统的压力下,在系统功能,系统接口,数据模型等方面也必须做出一定范围的调整和扩展。
     本文旨在探讨适应NGOSS系统发展要求的网元管理系统的改进方向和方法。结合本人在格林威尔公司实习期间所从事的关于网元管理系统的研究,以TMN模型和eTOM模型为理论基础,本文从中国电信MBOSS系统建设指导建议着手,运用MPDS方法论进行网元管理系统的需求分析研究,并以格林威尔公司开发的UniView DA网管平台为例,分析了适应CTG-MBOSS系统建设的网元管理系统的改进方向。
     首先,简要介绍ITU-T关于TMN模型和TMF关于NGOSS的相关理论。在了解其由来和关键技术的基础上,介绍了eTOM模型及中国电信MBOSS系统框架及相关方法论。
     其次,从网元管理系统的概念入手,以eTOM模型为理论基础,以CTG-MBOSS系统框架和方法论为依据,分析了网元管理系统分别在eTOM模型和CTG-MBOSS系统中的定位。并以MPDS方法论为根本,对网元管理系统的功能、接口、技术等方面进行了需求分析。
     最后,以UniView DA网管平台为例,按照MPDS方法论对系统进行全面的分析。并结合网元管理系统的需求分析结果,提出了系统重点改进的方向和方法。
The operational mode of telecommunication operators has transferred from service-centered to customer-centered, with the opening up of global telecom service. Customer services will become the next competitive focus among the telecommunication companies. To satisfy the customer has come in the spotlight of these companies.
     Under this circumstance, Telecom Management Forum brought forward the Next Generation Operation System and Software, i.e. NGOSS. Based on the analyses of central operation flow from service providers, the researchers extracted the operation flow and the main technology of OSS. Then they came up with the NGOSS system. It's a framework which can support the current operation and at the time transfer to the customer-centered OSS system. CTG-MBOSS system is a new generation of enterprise management, business, operation and supporting system proposed by China Telecom Group according to the NGOSS standards. As the basic of CTG-MBOSS system, element management system has to be rebuilt and adjusted on functions, interfaces, data model and so on.
     This thesis aims to discuss the direction and methods of element management system improvement. This thesis analyses UniView DA network management platform completely as an element management system, and suggests several aspects to improve. The conclusion and perspectives are based on the research on element management system during the author's internship in GW Technologies, the theory basis of TMN and eTOM models, the suggestions on constructing MBOSS system and the requirement analysis on element management system using MPDS methodology.
     Firstly, the theories of TMN model defined by ITU-T and NGOSS defined by TMF are introduced. After knowing where it comes from and what the main technology it contains, the eTOM model, the system framework and related methodology of CTG-MBOSS system are presented.
     Then, starting from the definition of element management system, the position of element management system in eTOM model and CTG-MBOSS system is defined based on the eTOM model theory according to CTG-MBOSS system framework and methodology. The requirements analysis of element management system is concluded by the fundamental theory of MPDS methodology.
     Finally, the UniView DA platform is analyzed using MPDS methodology. The direction and methods of system improvement are proposed according to the requirements analysis conclusion.
