宽带压控振荡器的研制

摘要
随着宽带通信技术的不断发展,对宽带压控振荡器的需求越来越大。以变容二极管作为调谐器件的表贴型宽带压控振荡器因其具有体积小、成本低、设计灵活等优点,在宽带压控振荡器中占有很大比例。
     本文介绍了负阻振荡器的原理,分析了影响振荡器的相位噪声的因素,并讨论了噪声最佳化问题。根据降低相位噪声的原则,给出了宽带压控振荡器中晶体管和变容二极管的选择方法,并给出了一个带宽为3~4GHz的压控振荡器的设计实例。测试结果表明该压控振荡器较好地达到了设计指标。
With the development of broadband communication technology , the requirement for broadband Voltage Controlled Oscillators(VCO) is more and more. Because of small size, low cost and easy to design,the broadband VCOs based on transistors Occupy very large proportion.
    This paper introduces the principle of the negative resistance oscillator,and analyses the factors of affected phase noise, and then .discusses the optimization of the phase noise.In order to reduce the phase noise,the ways of select transistors and varactors are given .A 3GHz to 4GHz broadband VCO and related design are presented. The measure results indicate that the VCO reach the ami of the design.
