基于工作流的过程级企业应用集成研究
摘要
在效率就是竞争力的今天,流程的优化和业务处理的自动化在企业竞争力提升的过程中显得尤为重要,所以企业应用集成技术及方法是目前企业和研究机构的研究热点。本文综合分析了当今企业应用集成的现状及发展趋势,对企业应用集成的层次和技术进行了研究,提出过程集成是目前及未来企业应用集成的主流需求。
     作者查阅大量文献,深入研究了工作流理论和国内外应用工作流实现企业应用集成的案例,发现目前基于工作流的企业应用之间互操作性与灵活性较差。而互操作性与灵活性是实现过程集成的关键,因此本文对工作流管理联盟提出的参考模型进行了拓展,提出了基于支流任务模型和多层状态转换模型的过程级企业应用集成动态协同的架构。
     在以上研究基础上,文章从企业应用的角度对三一重工PDM系统和ERP系统之间的集成基础和集成方法进行了研究,将工作流技术成功地应用到企业应用集成中,并从开发者的角度,阐述了工作流系统特别是工作流引擎的设计与实现。
     本文的研究将对企业特别是制造型企业实施过程级企业应用集成提供很好的参考价值。
The key that business enterprise competition promotion lies in the process optimized and process automation that business handles, which request more attention to enterprise application integration, and the research of Enterprise Application Integration now gain the focus of enterprises and research institutes. This paper synthetically analyses the current state and the future trends of Enterprise Application Integration, deeply study the hiberarchy and the related technology of EAI, and point out that Process Integration is at present the main requirement of heterogeneous Enterprise Application Integration.
    By studying and deeply understanding of the theory of workflow and examples of EAI put forward a new solution to implement Process Integration of EAI by workflow. To the problem that bad interoperation and agility of current workflow management system and workflow based EAI, this paper propose a framework supporting Process Integration of EAI based on Sub-flow Task Model and Multi-Tiered Dynamic State Transition Model, four major components are defined: The workflow engine, Adapter, Service Interface Repositories and XML messages.
    Directed by the above theory, we implement the Integration between PDM and ERP of Sany Group and discuss the technology of workflow and the design of workflow engine from the point of view of developer.
    This article is valuable for the enterprise especially for the manufacturing workshop to implement the EAI.
