武汉城区规划改造中的城市热环境研究

摘要
生态城市是一个结构合理、功能高效、自然和人造景观和谐、生态意识浓厚的城市生态系统。二十一世纪是人与自然走向和谐的世纪,在推进城市化进程中,实现经济与生态环境协调发展已经成为城市建设的必然选择。营造空气清新、景色怡人的生态城市,既是城市建设的发展方向和增强城市综合实力的重要手段,也是衡量城市建设工作成效的基本标准。
     本文关注的是城市中的旧街区改造和新区建设,旧城区的改造要保证现实存在的特色和满足当前人们的需求,不能一味求新求大,同时通过改造建设能够对城市空间和城市小气候的改善作出一定的贡献;在城市实施新的规划中充分考虑可持续发展的元素,保护现有的自然资源和创造对环境有益的生态体系。例如:保护树木,绿地公园,保护湖泊等水体资源,通过合理的规划,对周围环境分析利用,扬长避短,创造宜居的环境并对自然环境的破坏尽量降低。在生态城市观念的倡导下,城市空间的设计结合气候因素,尊重环境以此来改善城市气候环境。
     本文将CFD模拟技术引入城市建设中,来研究城市在气候环境影响下的热环境,风环境以及舒适度等状况。结合气候条件,通过建立CFD城市数字模型,并输入相关的参数,得到模拟结果。以此为基础,结合汉正街的改造,利用CFD技术验证改造方案,结合现实状况,以改善局部的小气候为基础,找出适合汉正街的改造方案。另一方面,探讨四新地区规划的改善措施的优劣,找出在生态城市理念中的新区规划的基本原则。
     本文通过研究城市在气候环境影响下的热环境,风环境以及舒适度等状况与城市气候环境的关系,提出建设性的意见,从而为更加合理的城市设计和旧区改造,改善城市气候以及为城市节能提供有效的参考。
Ecological City is a strong sense of the ecology of urban ecosystem, with a reasonable structure, efficient function, and a natural and man-made landscape harmony. The 21st century is the century toward harmony between man and nature. In advancing the process of urbanization, economic development and ecological environment in urban construction has become an inevitable choice. To create fresh air and scenic setting of eco-city is the direction of development and it also can enhance the city's comprehensive strength. And it is the basic standard to measure the effectiveness of urban construction now.
     This paper concentrates on how to renovate the old region as well as to build new district. Considering the full implementation of the new elements of sustainable development, to protect the natural resources and the creation of a sustainable environment beneficial to the ecological system is the starting point, Such as protection of trees, green parks, lakes and other water resources protection. Through rational planning and environmental analysis,We are aimed to create a suitable living environment while minimizing the damage to the natural environment. Old regions should be not only keep the characteristics of reality but also satisfy the demands of the people,The transformation of urban space can make certain contributions to improve the microclimate . In short, urban planning should be focused on the prospects for development on the basis of existing experience from both at home and abroad to make urban planning reasonable. Therefore, in the promotion of the concept of eco-city, urban space design combining climate and the environment is the only way to improve the environment where we live.
     Climate in city under the background of regional climate is relatively independent, and the city's development is closely related to human activities, Good urban design is suitable for living and helps to improve the micro-climate in certain region.
     In this paper, in light of CFD simulation technology to study the climate and environment in the city under the influence of the thermal environment, such as wind conditions, comfort and so on. Combination of weather conditions, establishment of CFD models and the importation of the relevant parameters, and then we can get simulation results. On this basis, talk about the new measures to improve the quality of urban planning and find a new eco-city concept of the fundamental principles of planning. In the transformation of Hanzheng Street, CFD technology is used to choose the suitable programs in light of the actual conditions to improve the climate.
     This paper studies the impact of climate in urban thermal environment, such as the wind and comfort and puts forward constructive suggestions. At the same time, it can provide effective reference for rational urban design and transformation to improve urban climate and save energy.
