基于单片机的军需仓库温湿度测控系统研究

摘要
随着通信、计算机网络、数据库技术的发展,部队军需仓库的日常管理工作正朝着信息化、自动化的方向发展。基于单片机技术的军需仓库测控系统已成为局域网、310指挥网的重要应用之一,对这个方向的研究具有重要的现实意义。本论文从部队实际出发开发了一套军需仓库温湿度测控系统,目前该系统在两个军需仓库运行较好,提高了其部门的工作效率。
     本系统的实现在测控单元(下位机)主要采用了汇编语言,在主控机(上位机)采用了Viusal Basic、Html等语言,数据存储选用简单、小型的ACESS 2000作为后台数据库。系统通过对军需仓库内的温度、湿度的测量,由计算机实现仓库内温度、湿度的高低超限报警,并可智能地控制风机、除湿器、干燥机等辅助设备,从而使仓库内达到并保持安全的储藏条件。每个军需仓库由若干传感器、三条电缆线以及以AT89C51单片机为核心组成一个测控单元,若干个测控单元再以RS485总线电缆与上位机相连,构成一个多点分布式温湿度测控系统。在主控室内由上位机进行集中监测显示各军需仓库的温湿度实时值、平均值、各个传感器的工位号、以及传感器在仓库内分布情况,显示所有控制设备(风机、干燥机)的运行状态,显示每只传感器的短路、断路等信息,并能实现实时报警并自动处理,可以对历史数据进行存储、查询、打印。上位机上还建立一个WEB站点,在军需处局域网上通过IE浏览器进行图形显示和可视化查询。
     本次设计的军需仓库温湿度测控系统,正是顺应了军队信息化发展的大趋势,是计算机技术在军需领域的应用,它将给部队军需管理工作提供一个很好的解决方案,成为军需日常管理的最佳辅助方式之一。

     This system uses a three-tier hierarchical structure order of architecture, the first layer from the first digital sensors environmental data collected by a single bus to the microcontroller processing and preservation, and the second layer from the microcontroller-based monitoring and control unit via a RS-485 bus transmission via RS-485 to RS signal converters -232 serial communication with the PC, the third layer from the upper body into monitoring software for data display, storage, and other management and the corresponding equipment arrived gauge control, and line conditions, and other circumstances such as: short-circuit, sensors and other damage. Distributed systems designed with single-bus computer control technology, from PC, the next crew (Control Unit), and distributed temperature, humidity acquisition sensors, cables and so composed.
