摘要
反“分裂”军事斗争准备是我军当前的头等大事。认真研究解决反“分裂”军事斗争中可能遇到的一系列作战问题,是当前军事理论研究的现实任务和迫切需要。战场管理是军队管理的重要组成部分和作战指挥的重要内容,未来岛上城市进攻作战陆战主力部队是摩托化步兵师。研究摩托化步兵师在组织岛上城市进攻作战时的战场管理问题,对于在复杂的战场环境中建立和维护良好的战场秩序,充分利用战场资源,有效地管理控制部队,巩固和提高部队战斗力,夺取未来军事斗争胜利,具有重要意义。
本文从分析摩步师岛上攻城作战的战场环境及基本战法入手,进而分析了摩步师在上级编成内或得到配属加强后,组织城市进攻作战战场管理可能面临的问题,分析了摩步师岛上城市进攻作战战场管理工作的特点。重点从操作性、实用性出发,较为系统地对战场管理的具体内容进行了详细分析探讨,并初步讨论了战场管理机制的建立,总结归纳了针对性强的管理办法。
At present the preparation for military conflict with Taiwan is our top priority. A thorough research on the series of fighting problems that such a conflict may facing, currently is practical tasks and urgent demands for theoretic military research. The battlefield management constitutes the dominant part of the troops management and the major contents for commanding a battle. In the future the main army force to louch the offensive against the city in island is Motorized Infantry Division. The research on the battlefield management problems about Motorized Infantry Division' s organizing such an attack on the city in island has significant meaning. It helps to establish and maintain a good battlefield order in complicated battle environment, take fully the advantage of varieties of battlefield resources, control effectively the troops, consolidate and reinforce the fighting strength, and finally it contribute to strive for a victory in military conflict.This thesis starts with illustrating the battlefield environment and basic fight methods that Motorized Infantry Division may face or adopt. And then it expounds the problems that Motorized Infantry Division when under the control or when its attachment is reinforced possibly encounter, while starting such an attack. Furthermore, it analyzes the features of the battlefield management tasks about the attack. First and foremost, considering the study should be practical and easily operated, a detailed research on the concrete contents of battlefield management is carried on systematically. The research begins a preliminary discussion on the establishment of the mechanism of battlefield management, and summarizes the relevant management methods aiming at it.
