压塑模CAD/CAM系统的研究与开发

摘要
本文首先阐述了“压塑模CAD”系统的原理及实现,对该系统的总体结构与具体实现方法作了较为详细的论述,详细分析了压塑工艺CAD和模具结构CAD的实现,压塑工艺CAD主要包括:压塑件工艺性判断、成形压力的计算、液压机的选择、开模力和脱模力的计算、压力机工作行程的校核、加热计算及电加热棒的选取过程。模具结构CAD主要包括:总装设计、凸模设计、凹模设计、加料室的设计计算、凸模与加料室及凹模的配合形式、侧向抽芯机构设计、标准件的管理、非标准件的管理、工程图生成。其次,在CAD的基础上,对CAM作了初步尝试和探索。最后,本文提出了压塑模CAD/CAM系统需要改进的地方及进一步完善的方向。
In this paper, to begin with, the principles and implement of compression moulding CAD are expounded, also the whole structure and embodying methods of this system are mainly dissertated, and the implement on compression moulding CAD and mould structure CAD are analyzed in detail. The compression process CAD mainly included primary contents as following: compression part process judging, shaping force calculation, hydropress selection, opening die force and knockout press calculation, checking the working stroke of hydropress, heat calculation and heat rod selection. The mould structure CAD included: assembly design, punch design, die design, transfer chamber design and calculation, punch and die with transfer chamber mating, slide loose core design, standard parts management, non-standard parts management, drawing output. Secondly, based on the CAD, CAM research is briefly studied in this paper. Finally, the shortcomings and improvements are mentioned.
