3G业务管理平台的设计和实现

摘要
随着3G时代的来临,网络技术和应用技术的发展已经为增值业务的发展构筑了坚实的基础,各大运营商和服务提供商都将提供更加丰富多彩的增值业务。然而,传统网络的业务管理方式逐渐暴露了一系列问题,它已经满足不了越来越丰富的业务类型,原有的业务管理平台的用户门户模式也已经不能满足3G业务新的需要。因此,如何对这些类型各异的业务进行有效的管理,如何提高用户的体验,这是运营商和提供商面临的主要问题。
     传统2G和2.5G网络使用了分离式业务管理平台,这种业务平台为每种业务类型均建立一个独立的业务管理平台,不仅造成了各个门户的重复开发,增加了接入的复杂度,而且也为发展用户门户带来很大困难。因此本文在分析3G业务网络的综合业务平台的发展趋势的基础上,建立了新型的综合性的3G业务管理平台,它能抽取各种增值业务管理的共性,实现统一接入和统一管理。它采取水平的体系架构,具有统一的业务管理、统一的用户信息管理、统一的门户管理和统一的标准化终端管理四个特点。
     本文首先对综合业务平台的发展趋势进行分析,在此基础上分析了3G业务管理平台的网络架构,确定了其业务需求、功能需求,及各功能模块间的关系。然后构建了3G业务管理平台的整体系统架构,并完成了业务管理平台的门户子系统的设计和实现,门户子系统实现了统一的门户功能,为用户提供统一的服务访问点,它包括用户门户、服务提供商门户和系统操作员门户。最后设计和实现了一个应用业务实例—RSS(网摘)聚合业务,它主要采用现在流行的RSS技术和搜索技术,实现RSS聚合信息功能,能够自动向用户推送用户感兴趣的信息。
With the coming of 3G, the development of Network technologies and Applied technologies lay a strong foundation for value-added services, the mobile telecom carrier and services providers will provide more and more value-added services. However, the conventional services management pattern betrayed a series of problems, it can't satisfy more and more types of services, and conventional user portal model can't meet new needs of 3G services too. So, how to manage various services effectively, how to improve effects of user experience, these are primary problems operation providers will face.
     Conventional 2G network and 2.5G network adopted the independent services management platform, which built one independent service management platform for every type of service. It brought about duplicate development, more complexity of link, and more problems of user experience. So, this paper will build the new fashioned integrated 3G services management platform based on the analysis of development trend of 3G integrated services platform. And the new fashioned integrated platform can extract overall characters of services management and implement centralization of management to integrate all services, that is, the new fashioned integrated platform implements uniform access and uniform management. It adopts horizontal architecture, and it has four public features, including uniform services management, uniform user information management, uniform portal management and uniform standardized terminal management.
     The first part of this paper analyzes the development trend of integrated services platform, based on this, it analyzes the network architecture of 3G services management platform, and definite service requirement, functionality requirement and the relationship along the functionality modules. The following parts built the system architecture of 3G services management platform, and finished the design and implementation of portal subsystem which achieved uniform portal and provided uniform service access point. The portal subsystem includes user portal, SP/CP portal and administrator portal. Finally, the design and implementation of an application service instance—the RSS aggregated information Service will be introduced. This service makes use of RSS technology and searching technology to implement the function of integrated information.
