中小企业信息化模型全程建模方法研究

摘要
随着我国市场经济体制的逐步建立和完善,特别是中国加入wTO,国内企业特别是
    中小企业需要面对知识经济的挑战,国际竞争的威胁。因此体现先进管理思想、适应企
    业发展要求、展现企业经营管理特色的信息化建设成为一项刻不容缓的任务。
     信息化是实现硬化基础管理、活化综合管理、强化例外管理、建立危机管理、优化
    战略管理的强有力变革工具,是企业发展的必由之路和希望所在。而综合利用信息技术
    和现代管理技术,实现企业资源的集成和优化是提高企业竞争力的重要手段。而我们应
    该清楚地意识到,目前我国的信息化建设中的应用技术,企业信息化建模还存在着诸多
    问题,如总体水平不高,人力资源储备不足,建模语言不统一等。
     本文正是针对目前我国企业建模普遍存在的问题,以中小企业信息化为切入点,指
    出了中小企业在信息化建设中存在的误区和遇到的困难,设计了针对中小企业信息化具
    体实现的三个步骤:第一步企业进行业务流程优化,第二步建立企业管理模型,第三步
    进行信息化系统的实施。提出了有效的企业建模应用技术一一全程建模方法,并给出了
    全程建模方法的信息化模型内容、业务建模要领以及需求定义模型,建立了企业组织结
    构模型、企业业务流程模型、企业信息/业务数据模型、功能定义模型和流程定义模
    型。该方法在企业建模中的应用将统一企业建模生命周期各阶段的建模语言,降低掌握
    企业建模方法的难度,进而提高企业信息化的实施质量与效率。
With the gradual setting-up and perfecting of the market economic system, especially our entering into WTO, Domestic enterprise especially small and medium-sized enterprise are facing the challenge of the knowledge economy, the threat of International competition. Consequently, the construction of informationization has been an immediate task to embody the advanced thought of managing, meet the needs of enterprise development and reveal the characteristic of enterprise operating.
    Informationization is a powerful innovative implement to standardize basic management, activate integrate management, enforce exceptional management, establish crisis management, optimize strategic management. Taking advantage of information and modern management technology and realizing the integration and optimization of enterprise resource are important means to improve competitive power. Therefore, we should be aware that there are still many problems in the implement technique of informationization construction, for example, the lowness of whole level, the deficiency of human resource and disunion of modeling language.
    This thesis aims to point out the difficulties lying in informationization construction and design three steps for small and medium-sized enterprise to carry out informationization. The first step is to optimize the operating flow. The second step is to build administration model. The third is to implement informationization system. The thesis puts forward an effective modeling application technique that is whole modeling method, and presents the content of informationization model, the main points of operating modeling. It also establishes models of the organization structure, operating flow, operating data, function definition and flow definition. The application of this method into enterprise modeling will unify the modeling language in each phase; decrease the hardness of mastering the modeling method. Consequently it will improve the quality and efficiency of implying enterprise informationization.
