洗衣干衣机中湿度传感器的应用研究

摘要
本课题是与XX公司的合作项目,研究的主要内容是基于NI虚拟仪器软硬件平台探索相对湿度信号作为洗衣干衣机(合作公司的产品)自动烘干程序结束判断条件的可行性。
     湿度的采集具有一定的难度,因为湿度量不仅受相关参数特别是环境温度的影响。而测量精度高的仪器体积大、结构复杂、成本很高不利于在洗衣干衣机中集成。但是随着科学技术的发展,湿度测量仪器向集成化、智能化和多参数检测方向迅速发展,为湿度检测系统在洗衣干衣机中的应用创造了有利条件。
     本论文主要完成了以下工作:
     首先,选择湿度检测方法。通过实验对比分析电容式湿度传感器HS1101和数字式温湿度传感器SHT10在恒温恒湿环境和高温高湿环境中的工作性能,选择以SHT10为湿敏元件的湿度采样模块检测湿度信号。
     然后,确认湿度传感器在洗衣干衣机中实际的安装位置。在初步选择的4个位置中,冷凝器出风口处的湿度信号有明显的变化趋势,并且最不容易受烘干过程中产生的冷凝水和绒毛的影响。所以,选择该位置安装湿度测量模块。
     最后,分析如何利用湿度信号控制烘干程序自动结束。根据实验数据拟合出负载重量与关断相对湿度初步的线性方程,并利用8个重量等级的负载烘干实验从实际烘干效果证明了该方程的有效性。
     本课题的研究弥补了湿度传感器信号在洗衣干衣机自动烘干控制领域中的应用空白,并且为洗衣干衣机烘干功能的改善开阔了思路,具有实用意义。
This project is a cooperation with XX Company, and the primary goal of the research is to explore the feasibility of relative humidity as the normal auto-drying termination condition in washer-dryer (product from XX Company) by using NI virtual instrument engineering wokbench as well as a selected humidity sensor.
     It is difficulty to detect relative humidity because moisture is easily influenced by relevant environment variables especially temperature. And instruments with high measurement precision are not appropriate to be integrated in washer-dryer due to large volume, complex structure and expensive cost. But with the development of science and technology, humidity measurement instruments develop to integrated, intelligent and muti-parameter detection rapidly, and this trend is advantageous to expand the application of humidity measurement system to the field of washer-dryer.
     This thesis completes the work as follows:
     First, determine the method to detect moisture. Analyze the performance of comparative humidity sensor HS1101 and digital temperature and humidity sensor SHT10 by contrastive experiments in constant temperature and humidity ambient as well as high temperature and moisture environment, and has been decided to use the encapsulated mode which takes SHT10 as core element to sense moisture.
     Then, confirm the installation location of humidity sensor in washer-dryer. Determine the position at condenser outlet as the ultimate one of the initial selected positions because the behavior of relative humidity is obvious and the module is least sensible to the impact of condensed water generated in drying process and fluff.
     Finally, analyze how to terminate drying process automatically by humidity value. Fit preliminary liner function to describe the relationship between load mass and switch-off relative humidity by massive test data. And the function is valid from the view of the load final moisture because that value of all eight single drying tests is in target range (±3%).
     This research contributes to the application of humidity sensor output signal in the domain of controlling washer-dryer teminating drying process automatically, and broadens the mind for improving the drying function of the appliance. The value for future application is significant.
