摘 要
随着现代医学研究的不断深入，适合手术治疗的病谱不断扩大；新技术、新材料的应用促使各种高新医疗设备相继研发成功。与此同时，高难、高风险手术对手术全过程感染的控制、高新设备对室内洁净度均提出了更为严格的要求，我国陈旧的传统式手术部已不能满足技术进步和时代发展的需求，逐步被洁净手术部所取代，其新建或改建正成为我国各级医院建设的新热点。
但我国洁净手术部的设计及建造起步较晚、基础薄弱。在理论方面，国内尚无关于洁净手术部内部环境设计及其配套技术的系统性论著。这一理论匮乏的现状在很大程度上造成了建筑设计、装饰构造和设施配备等诸多实践方面差强人意的后果。因此，有必要就洁净手术部的设计总结出一些基本规律和原则，寻求符合我国现实国情的设计模式，为设计人员设计出既能满足手术洁净度要求，又经济适用的现代化洁净手术部提供有益的借鉴。这是本文努力的方向。
本文在回顾国内外洁净技术和洁净手术部发展历程的基础上，对洁净手术部设计中的一系列问题进行了有益的研究和探讨：在分析手术切口感染原因的基础上，总结出通过在手术全过程采用细菌控制的综合措施，建立起无菌手术环境的保障体系，强调实施全过程污染控制的概念；对洁净手术部的总图布置、内部空间设计、平面组合、环境心理进行了深层次的探讨，提出了新颖可行的“三区二通道·区域前室”型平面组合模式，并对其理论依据和优缺点作了详细的论述，同时在设计中强调了对患者心理的关注；通过对洁净手术部配套技术的研究，帮助建筑师加深对洁净手术室的空间构成和配套装备系统的了解，有利于更新陈旧的设计观念，有助于促成建筑师与工程师、医疗技术人员的默契配合，从而构筑出高洁净度、经济实用、以人为本的全新的手术场所。

oPerating rooms have been a hotsPot in the conStrUction of Chinese horpital
now.
ComParing with the develoPed coUnny, design theOry of Bio-cbo
operatin room is lboted and weak. Wimout the guldance of a perfect theOry
system, the design and constrUction of Bio-clean room have many shortages in
Chjn4 which can't Satisfy the requireInen of refoWon of oPeratjn room.
Therfore it is so necessny to SUmmariz the essence rules and dri ou a PrOPe
Way in Bio-clean ~g room design. This thesis maks grea effort to seek
for the way tha can measure uP the standard of ascysis well jUSt with
aPProPriate cost.
Based on review of the develoPmen of Bio-clean operaing room all
around worid, a series queshons about design of Bio-clean dePartInen are
presented and discussed. They are:

Discussing the sPace design. plan layout. circumstance pSychlogy and
providing an original and feasible combined operatjn room plan-thee zones
connected by two cotridor and a common anehall, with the detall descriPhon of
such layout model.
Introducing the upeo-date producion of the researC in BiO-Cean
oPerat-ing room to helP architeCts to leam about the involved discipline in the
design of Bio-clean room and to cooPerate well with engineers in other
discipline durin construction.
