摘要
本文所作研究是在基于Web支持下,通过运用ASP技术和Access数据库知识,以现有网络教学平台为依托,结合现代网络教学的实际需求,研制开发基于网络环境的在线答疑室。
在具体制作时首先是对在线答疑室所使用的数据库和ASP技术对数据库的访问方式进行介绍,这里的数据库应用的是Access数据库;然后,将在答疑室的总体设计分解成六个主要的部分。它包括:在线答疑室主页面的设计、在线答疑室答疑界面的设计、在线人员显示功能的实现、答疑室娱乐功能的实现、个别答疑功能的实现、和管理界面的设计。
The computer network teaching is based on internet to provide the digital learning products and some related services to promote the learners’development. The theoretical basis of the network teaching is modern cognitive learning theory. It advocates to develop the researching study with the aid of Internet, develops the initiative and creativity of students. It overcomes the limitations of traditional teaching, will form a pro-active, collaborative and open learning mode, and give full consideration to two-way teaching environment and take the teaching methods with questions, feedback and exchange. It not only remains the vivid figure of the traditional education with electrical audio-visual and no time and space restrictions, etc. but also has the fine characteristics of visits, two-way exchanges, learning resources and extensive learning contents. So it is the future trend of the development of teaching.
As the development and spread of the network teaching, the network teaching platform is based on web technology realized the teacher-student interaction, included multi-function, such as students studying, teachers teaching, and teaching administration and has become a powerful and highly practical teaching tool. In the home and abroad teaching system, the network teaching platform has been widely applied to the process of teaching, particularly in the university campus, it has been use even more widespread.
The network teaching platform facilitates teaching and learning, at the same time there are a lot of inadequacies. To facilitate students learning at any time, the university network teaching platform has many course wares and video lectures. Some students even do not have to go to school. They can have classes at home. This point is highlight in the process of Distance Teaching. There is an old saying: teacher is the person who teaches the truth, teaches the study, and explains the difficulty. But by this way, the teacher only teaches the truth, teaches the study. When the students meet problems, they only can think them over, or look up data to solve them, even take a roundabout way.
Seeing From the above cases, the network teaching platform lacks the function of explaining the difficulty. If the teacher can arrange some time to answer questions after class, it will inspire students’interests; promote students’independent learning and embody better teacher-student interaction.
Being based on the network teaching platform of Beihua University, this paper will delve how to make the online FAQ Room by using ASP and database knowledge. First, through a comprehensive presentation to the computer network teaching platform of Beihua University, points out the lack of online FAQ function of the platform, and raises issues; and then through the key technologies of producing online FAQ room - data access in FAQ Room and ASP technology, further put forward the general design ideas, and carefully design them; lastly, test and evaluate comprehensively the system and make a conclusion that the systems can be applied to network teaching.
The development of Asp technology is simple and intuitive, and it can integrate with HTML. Because Asp programming technology can’t use specific programming software, its realization way is simple; it can be programmed even by using such basic text format as Notepad. Using the built-in objects, it is easy to design online FAQ rooms, message boards, e-commerce systems. Using ASP technology, it can achieve many functions such as database server, the operation of the server file system. Now most internet online FAQ Room use CGI technical to program, CGI has some shortcomings such as programming complexity and low efficiency. But the FAQ Room that is designed with access database and ASP technical in this paper is different. ASP is based on a server-side scripting environment; it has the features of programming simple and function powerful. All played a tremendous advantage. ASP script used the object-oriented programming technology. ASP built-in Request objects can be easily realized the data interaction of browser and server. At the same time, ASP introduced two objects: Session object is used to protect the personalized data, Application object is used to place the multi-user sharing information. All these have greatly enhanced the efficiency to produce online FAQ room.
With a lot of practice and testing, the system can be applied to network teaching platform. It expanded the functions of the network teaching platform and greatly promoted teacher-student interaction. It will become an indispensable component in the network teaching platform.
In the next period, the continuous development and improvement of ASP technology, Web technology and database technology will greatly promote the development of network teaching, the function of online FAQ will enter an updated areas.
