摘要
Web OCR 系统的开发在国际上尚无先例，本文在介绍了与 Web OCR 系统开
发的相关技术之后，对 Microsoft Commerce Server 2002，Microsoft BizTalk Server
和 IBM WebSphere 三个电子商务应用平台及 WorldPay，PayPal 和 Versign 三家电
子商务支付平台进行了分析，并结合 Web OCR 系统对它们进行了对比与选型，
经过一年多的努力，对 Web OCR 系统进行了需求分析，总结出系统所应具有的
功能，提出了系统的设计方案，并在 Microsoft Commerce Server 2002 的基础上
实现了简单的可使用原型。Web OCR 系统能够在网上方便、快捷地解决大量纸
介质文件转换成计算机文字的问题，能为商家创造一定的经济效益，也为我国网
上服务业与国际市场接轨创造了新模式。
The development of Web OCR system is without precedent in the international
world. The paper introduces the related technology with the development of Web
OCR system. According to Web OCR system, I have made some analyses, contrast
and selections on three ecommerce application platforms of Microsoft Commerce
Server 2002, Microsoft BizTalk Server and IBM WebSphere and on three ecommerce
payment platforms of WorldPay，PayPal and Versign. After more than one year’s hard
work, I have made the requirements analyses of Web OCR system and a
summarization of its functions. At last I provided the design solution of Web OCR
system and implemented a simple usable prototype. The Web OCR system can
conveniently and quickly solve the problem that a plenty of papery documents
transform into the characters which computers can recognize. It can also bring profits
to suppliers and create a new pattern that connects the market of web service industry
of China and the international.
