赤峰地区物流节点配置研究

摘要
在物流业日益发展的今天,我们逐渐的感受到物流现代化给我们带来的全面、周到、细致的服务。各地区竞相建设物流园区、物流中心、配送中心。在中国物流业的发展还有很大的提升空间,这包括物流人才的紧缺、基础设施的不完备、技术及管理方面的不完善、各经济管理部门之间协调性差等很多因素。所以,我国物流业的健康发展离不开完善的系统规划与设计。目前,我国共规划21个全国性物流枢纽城市,具体包括:北京、天津、沈阳、大连、青岛、济南、上海、南京、宁波、杭州、厦门、广州、深圳、郑州、武汉、重庆、成都、南宁、西安、兰州、乌鲁木齐。区域性物流枢纽城市共17个,具体包括:哈尔滨、长春、包头、呼和浩特、石家庄、唐山、太原、合肥、福州、南昌、长沙、昆明、贵阳、海口、西宁、银川、拉萨。地区性物流枢纽城市则由各地区自定。赤峰作为内蒙古东部的经济发展中心,被称为蒙东地区(赤峰市、通辽市、呼伦贝尔市、锡林郭勒盟、兴安盟)的物流枢纽城市,赤峰地区的物流节点配置是本文研究的主要内容。
     赤峰有着悠久的红山文化,在地方政府大力支持和鼓舞下,赤峰的物流业发展也迈开了大步,向现代化物流业进军。但是毕竟赤峰市物流业发展还在初级阶段,需要整体规划才能向现代物流靠近。本文主要从以下几方面来分析地区性物流节点的配置问题。
     (1)分析物流、物流节点、物流枢纽城市、物流园区、物流中心、配送中心等内涵。找到物流枢纽城市和物流节点二者的关系。一个好的物流节点体系对地区的经济发展至关重要。物流节点的规划需要综合考虑物流枢纽城市的自身特点。最终实现资源配置的最优化和管理的协调化。
     (2)物流枢纽城市的评判方法研究。本文利用灰色聚类分析的方法来确定物流枢纽城市,并采用模糊一致矩阵来确定各评价指标的实际权重。从物流枢纽城市的角度确定城市内的物流节点。
     (3)研究物流枢纽城市内的物流节点的布局问题。通过分析国内外各城市的物流节点数量,适当考虑当地的市场经济、地理位置、交通状况等条件综合确定物流节点的数量。物流节点的规模是利用第三方物流量进入物流企业的货运量的大小来确定的。节点的选址需要综合考虑城市的需求、运输、配送服务、用地、流通职能、经济政策等。
     (4)以赤峰地区的物流节点配置为例,利用本文的方法进行实证分析,验证本文的物流节点规划方法的可行性。
Increasing development in the logistics industry today, we feel the logistics modernization is gradually brought to us a comprehensive, thoughtful and careful service. Regional logistics nodes in the city a total of 17 cities, including: Harbin, Changchun, Baotou, Hohhot, Shijiazhuang, Tangshan, Taiyuan, Hefei, Fuzhou, Nanchang, Changsha, Kunming, Guiyang, Haikou, Xining, Yinchuan and Lhasa. Regional logistics hub by the district to determine. Chifeng as the economic center of eastern Inner Mongolia, eastern Mongolia is known as a logistics hub city of Chifeng areas of logistics nodes in planning is the key contents of this paper.
     Chifeng Hongshan culture has a long, local government support and encouragement, the development of the logistics industry in Chifeng taken the big step into the modern logistics industry. However, the development of the logistics industry in Chifeng City, after all, still in its early stages, which requires comprehensive planning to close to the modern logistics. This paper analyzes the following aspects of regional logistics node configuration problems.
     (1) analysis of logistics, logistics nodes, logistics hub, logistics parks, logistics centers, distribution centers the meaning of these terms of logistics. Logistics nodes and find the relationship between logistics hub. Planning and design of logistics nodes must be considered a comprehensive logistics hub city characteristics. Ultimately optimize resource allocation and management of harmonization. A good system of logistics nodes on the region's economic development.
     (2) logistics hub in the city's Evaluation. In this paper, gray cluster analysis method to determine the logistics hub cities. Determine the logistics hub cities, the city established a logistics node.
