团体生涯辅导对提高大学生生活满意度的应用研究

摘要
生活满意度是个体对其生活领域所作的总体评价,这种主观评价会影响个体的情绪体验,从而影响到个体生活目标的定位和行为追求的取向。当今的大学生的生活满意度处于中等水平,大学生存在对前途感到迷茫,不知道如何充实、规划大学生活的困惑。笔者试图以生涯辅导为切入点,提高大学生的生活满意度。
     本研究选取辽宁师范大学二年级本科生332人(女生184人,男生148人)为研究对象,使用生活满意度量表、应对方式问卷对其进行集体测量,了解大学生的生活满意度与应对方式现状。然后,采用自编的团体生涯辅导方案对36名被试进行团体辅导,探讨团体生涯辅导对生活满意度的影响。
     研究结果表明:
     (1)研究所用的生活满意度量表、应对方式问卷的Alpha值均符合测量学要求,可以在研究中使用;
     (2)大学生的生活满意度处于中等水平,这与生活目标模糊,自我认识不足,缺少对未来的规划有关;
     (3)经过辅导,大学生对生活的满意程度明显提高,应对方式各因子中的解决问题因子分值显著提高,团体生涯辅导有效的提高了大学生生活满意度;
     (4)研究中设计的生涯辅导方案是一套可行的大学生生涯辅导工作实施方案。
Life satisfaction is individual's overall evaluation to life sphere, the subjective evaluation should influence feeling, in turn, influence individual's life cause and behavior. Nowadays, college students' life satisfaction is in the middle level, as a result of college students' confuse about future, about college life way. penman try to do career guidance to increase college students' life satisfaction.
     The survey was a research of 332 college students from grade 2 in a university, to know the status in quo of the college students' life satisfaction and coping style. Then, group career guidance which is self-work out was used for 36 college students, to explore an effective approach to enhance the level of college students' life satisfaction.
     This study's main conclusions were as follows:
     (1) The results showed that we could use the life satisfaction scale and Coping Style Questionnaire as assistant evaluation tool, and the scales can be used in the experiment.
     (2) College students' life satisfaction is in the middle level, this is relevant to lack of career education, this is relevant to life aim blur, self cognize deficiency, lack of career planning.
     (3) After the guidance, college students' life satisfaction were improved, The Group Career guidance was effective on improving students' life satisfaction.
     (4) The guidance is effective and can be used in universities.
