基于LabVIEW的过程控制虚拟实验系统的研究与设计

摘要
实验是教学活动中一个必不可少的环节,它能培养学生的实际操作能力和发现问题解决问题的能力。然而,并不是所有学校都能提供必须的实验环境,由于各种各样的原因很多本应开设的实验无法进行。虚拟实验作为传统实验的一个必要的、有益的补充,具有较好的经济性,较强的针对性,较大的开放性,绝对的安全性。虚拟实验的这些特点决定了它在教育、科研等领域中具有广阔的应用前景,是实验教学的一个新的发展方向,是当前研究的热点课题之一。而过程控制作为自动化的一个重点学科,其实验设备往往相当欠缺,因此建立一个网络化的过程控制虚拟实验室是非常有必要的。
     本课题为天津市信息化项目之一,主要从各高校的实际情况着手,对虚拟实验室系统进行需求分析,最终从虚拟实验平台的构建、虚拟实验管理模块的设计、典型过程控制实验的设计、虚拟实验室的网络化等方面详细论述了过程控制虚拟实验系统的构建过程。
     本课题以LabVIEW为开发平台,构造了一个实时性强、交互性强、可扩展的虚拟实验系统。该系统可以充分利用网络资源,减少硬件投资,是一种低成本、高收益的信息化建设,具有很大的现实意义。
Experiment is a necessary part of teaching, which can cultivate the students’abilities of manipulating practically and the abilities of finding and resolving problems. However, not all of the colleges can provide the necessary experimental environment, many compulsory experiments can’t be carried out due to various reasons. As an essential and helpful complementarity to traditional experiment, virtual experiment has more preferable economic benefit, better pertinence, larger opening character and absolutely security. All the characters ensure that virtual experiment has a wide foreground in educational and scientific research field ,and becomes to be a new developmental direction of experiment teaching as well as to be a pop study in modern world. Moreover, process control is an important subject of automation, but its experimental equipment is very destitute. Therefore, setting up a web-based virtual laboratory of process control is of great necessary.
     This thesis is one of the Tianjin informational projects. Based on the analyzing of the requirements to virtual laboratory system according to the actual situations of universities, the thesis discusses the constructing process of process control virtual laboratory system from several aspects. Each aspect is as follows: the building of virtual laboratory system, the design of virtual laboratory management module, the contriving of typical process control experiment and the network function of virtual laboratory system.
     Taking LabVIEW as a developing platform, the thesis constructs a real-time, interactive and extending virtual laboratory system. This system can make full use of network resource, reduce hardware investing, which makes it a low-cost, high profit information-based foundation with prodigious practical signification.
