危险货物运输安全监管与服务平台

摘要
危险品道路运输是运输市场的一个重要组成部分,随着社会的迅速发展和市场经济的不断深入,国内外对危险品的需求日益增加。为了避免发生危险品道路运输事故并在事故发生后及时处理事故,把事故的危害降至最低,就有必要对危险品道路运输的应急机制及保障体系进行深入的研究,建立完善的危险货物运输安全监管与服务平台系统。
     本文首先研究了我国危险品道路运输的发展现状,提出了目前我国危险品道路运输过程中存在的问题和产生这些问题的原因,进而提出了一个适合我国的危险品道路运输安全监管和服务的方案。其次,阐述了GPS定位技术、GPRS无线数据传输技术、RFID射频识别技术相关理论知识,对各项技术的发展状况、应用背景、原理特点作了介绍,为后文奠定了理论基础。选定本系统的通信方式为GPRS无线数据传输。然后,介绍了车载动态实时监控系统的核心技术与方案,以及车载监控终端的设计。最后对整个危险货物运输安全监管与服务平台的设计进行了概要说明。本文研究内容对危险品货物运输的安全性、系统性、高效性具有一定的实际意义。
The road transportation of dangerous cargo is an important part of transport market. The dangerous material demand from home and broad is increasing continually along with rapid development of the society and the unceasing progress of the market economy. In order to avoid the happening of road transportation accident about dangerous cargo, dispose the road transportation accident about dangerous cargo promptly if it happened and fall the harm from the accident to the lowest, it is necessary to have a deep research of emergency mechanism and safeguard system about the road transportation of dangerous cargo, and establish a perfect transport of dangerous goods safety supervision and service platform.
     First of all, this paper studies the development of road transport of dangerous goods status, at present, there are many problems in the process of hazardous materials transportation in our country and reasons for these problems were put forward, and then a future for our monitoring of hazardous materials transportation safety programs and services are proposed. Secondly, GPS positioning technology, GPRS wireless data transmission technology, RFID radio frequency identification technology and relevant theoretical knowledge are described, the development of the technology, application background, principle features are introduced in order to lay a theoretical foundation for the later. The system of communication for the GPRS wireless data transmission was selected. And then, Vehicle Dynamic Real-Time Monitor System, the guidance information of the data processing and data analysis of the specific method are introduced. Finally, transport of dangerous goods safety regulation and service platform were specification descript. In this paper, it is practical significance for the transport of dangerous cargo in security, systemic, efficiency.
