白内障术后人工晶体倾斜与偏心的研究

摘要
目的:观察分析我院门诊诊断慢性闭角型青光眼30例(41只眼)的临床特点,分析总结慢性闭角型青光眼的临床特征、视神经损伤机理、视神经纤维层(RNFL)平均厚度与视野缺损的相关性。
     方法:对30例慢性闭角型青光眼患者41只眼进行相干断层扫描(OCT)及视野检查,对其RNFL平均厚度和视野进行测量,使用SPSS 11.5统计软件,采用相关分析方法对RNFL平均厚度与视野缺损进行统计学处理。
     结果:通过对41只眼的统计分析,结果显示:RNFL平均厚度与平均缺损(MD)、平均敏感度(MS)相关(r=-0.623,p<0.01;r=0.568,p<0.01)。
     结论:海德堡Spectralis OCT型扫描仪RNFL程序在慢性闭角型青光眼的诊断上与瑞士OCTOPUS 101视野计G2程序高度相关。
Objective: Observe and analyze 30 patients(41 eyes)in chronic angle-closure glaucoma (CACG),who have been diagnosed in outpatient department in our hospital. Analyze and summarize the clinical features, mechanism of optic nerve injury, the correlation between the average thickness of retinal nerve fiber layer(RNFL)and field defect of CACG.
     Methods: Measuring 30 patients(41 eyes)the average thickness of retinal nerve fiber layer and field defect of CACG by optical coherence tomography(OCT)and perimetry, then statistical analyze the correlation between them by using SPSS 11.5.
     Results: Through statistical analysis for 41 eyes, the results showed that the average thickness of RNFL has correlation with mean defect(MD) and mean sensitivity(MS).
     Conclusions: The RNFL programe of Spectralis OCT has high correlation with OCTOPUS 101 perimeter in diagnosing CACG.
