宝钢干熄焦车间钢框架结构检测分析与加固技术研究

摘要
炼焦在宝钢的整个炼钢工艺流程中属于重要的生产环节,不仅为炼铁提供优质焦炭,还为多个部门提供焦炉煤气。干熄焦为当今世界焦炭生产中的先进工艺,国外工厂在建设干熄焦时,多保留原有的湿熄焦装置,将其作为备用装置,以确保干熄焦出现故障时仍能正常生产,即干、湿两套装置并用。宝钢一、二、三期只建干熄焦,未建湿熄焦装置,这样可少建一套湿熄焦装置,避免转换湿熄焦装置后因焦碳质量波动给高炉生产带来不利影响,还能减少管理的复杂性,减少除尘系统的操作难度;但是,没有湿熄焦,就必须保证干熄焦百分之百的安全运行,否则一旦干熄焦发生故障,就会影响整个宝钢的正常生产。由于干熄焦车间框架的结构形式特殊,使用条件复杂,又涉及抗震设防、软弱地基和台风的作用,不能排除还存在其它问题和隐患的可能性。为了保证安全生产,有必要对干熄焦的框架进行系统的调查检测和可靠性分析鉴定,并针对存在的问题研究可行、合理的加固技术。
     本文以宝钢一期干熄焦车间钢框架结构检测分析与加固为研究对象。通过对该框架已出现的缺陷和损伤的调查和检测,建立了干熄焦车间框架结构的力学分析模型,经对其结构系统和吊车梁及制动系统进行系统分析,确定导致框架振动过大的主要因素;制订了钢框架的力学性能检测方案,讨论了吊车梁及其制动系统的检测方法;建立干熄焦车间框架结构体系可靠性评定的基本方法,明确干熄焦框架结构实际的可靠度水平,并提出合理、可行的加固技术和方法,改善干熄焦框架结构的性能,保证其安全、正常使用。
     加固后钢框架的分析和测试结果说明,干熄焦钢框架的加固取得了预期的效果。本文的研究结论对于二期、三期干熄焦框架结构的可靠性评定和维修、加固具有重要的指导意义,并可为该类框架的结构设计提供参考,推动干熄焦工艺的推广。

In order to ensure safe production, it is necessary to CDQ the framework of a systematic analysis of the reliability of the detection and investigation to identify and remedy the problem explore possible and reasonable reinforcement techniques.
     This article has done preliminary investigation and analysis, on-site inspection and testing, mechanical analysis and verification, testing and analysis of the results, the reliability of assessment, strengthening and reinforcing effects of demonstration programs to verify the work, and so on. Through the analysis of the consolidation testing results of the steel framework show that the reinforced steel frame CDQ achieved the desired results.
