摘要
随着经济的发展,我国污染更加严重,做好全国污染源的普查工作,既是开展环保工作的需要,也是进行社会主义生态文明建设的要求。由于社会经济的不断发展,我国产业结构不断优化,这使得污染源也发生了一定的变化,开展第二次全国污染源普查势在必行。基于此,本文对第二次全国污染源普查工作进行概述,叙述了第二次全国污染源普查的对象、内容和意义,分析了第二次全国污染源普查工作中存在的问题,探讨了关于开展第二次全国污染源普查的建议。
With the development of economy, the pollution in our country is more serious. It is not only the need of environmental protection work, but also the requirement of socialist ecological civilization construction to do a good job in the national survey of pollution sources. Due to the continuous development of social economy and the continuous optimization of industrial structure in China,pollution sources have also undergone certain changes. It is imperative to carry out the second national pollution source census. Based on this, this paper summarizes the work of the second national pollution source census, describes the object, content and significance of the second national pollution source census, analyses the problems existing in the second national pollution source census, and probes into the suggestions for carrying out the second national pollution source census.
