摘要
第二次全国污染源普查工作已经开展了三年时间,通过对第一次全国污染源普查工作进行分析找出了一些问题,这就需要在第二次全国污染源普查当中采用针对性解决措施与建议,让污染源调查工作进一步朝向高效、全面、实际方向发展。本文以福建省三明市为例,分析第一次全国污染源普查情况和问题,提出第二次全国污染普查工作开展的建议。
The second national pollution source census has been carried out for three years, Through the analysis of the first national pollution source census, some problems have been found, which calls for the adoption of targeted measures and suggestions in the second national pollution source census so as to further develop the work of pollution source investigation in an efficient, comprehensive and practical direction. Based on this, this paper takes Sanming City of Fujian Province as an example to analyze the situation and problems of the first national pollution source census, and then puts forward some suggestions for the second national pollution census.
