摘要
介绍目前皮带张紧系统的主要张紧形式及其优缺点,归纳皮带张紧系统的性能要求,详细分析PLC自动张紧控制系统的控制原理、运行方式以及控制系统硬件设计与功能。基于PLC的自动张紧控制系统具有高度的自我调试能力与反应快等特性,使皮带空载运行与满载运行以及启动与停止较为平稳。
        The main tensioning forms, advantages and disadvantages of the current belt tensioning system are introduced, the performance requirements of the belt tensioning system are summarized, and the control principle of the PLC automatic tensioning control system is analyzed in detail. The operation mode and the hardware design and function of the control system. The automatic tension control system based on PLC has the characteristics of high self-debugging ability and fast response, which makes the belt running without load and full load as well as starting and stopping more smoothly.
