摘要
对于顶部有较大仓体重心较高且高宽比较小的建构筑物的爆破拆除,往往会因该结构的高位重心极易发生偏转,以及后部支撑柱的支撑作用较弱而直接影响到塌落效果和损坏近处需要保留的建筑及设施。为改善重心高、高宽比小的框架结构爆破拆除的效果,通过对唐山市拆除100余座水泥厂"机立窑"工程实例进行研究。其中60余座相似结构,采用多排立柱中在后部第1层及第2层预留2~3排立柱作为"台阶状"支撑柱,使高位重心具有充足的支撑反作用力,从而形成稳固的铰链结构,实现结构充分倾倒、解体的效果。摸索出复杂环境重心高、大跨度、高宽比较小的框架结构水泥机立窑爆破拆除安全高效的施工方法——"阶梯法"爆破拆除技术。可以大大改善重心高、高宽比小的框架结构的爆破塌落效果。
        The blasting demolition result of a big silo topped structure with small depth-width ratio would be directly affected by the deflection of its high gravity center and the weak support of the pillars at its back,which would cause damage to structures and machines that should be kept.In order to improve the blasting demolition effect of such kind of structures,this paper studied more than 100 demolition cases of mechanical vertical shaft kiln cement plants in Tangshan.More than 60 of similar structures were demolished by the blasting design of reserving two or three rows of pillars in the first and second layers of multi-row pillars as "step" pillars.The method provided sufficient support to the high center gravity structure and formed a stable hinge structure,which led to the complete fall and broken after blasting.The "staircase method" blasting demolition technology was proposed,which was very suitable for the demolition of mechanical vertical shaft kiln cement plants with high gravity center,long span and small aspect ratio in complex environment,and greatly improved the collapse result.
