摘要
目前,面对多元化、多样化、多层化的社会环境,大学生心理健康问题已经逐渐成为关注焦点,为此,本文提出一种基于VPMCD的大学生心理健康评估模型。首先,从社会环境、校园环境、家庭环境以及个人环境四个方面,具体分析了影响当代大学生心理健康的主要要素,进而利用层次分析法,建立了心理健康评估指标体系,并给出了各层级指标数值计算方法,以此为基础,建立了基于VPMCD的心理健康评估模型。实例分析结果表明,本文所提出的方法可以有效的评估出大学生心理健康状态,为心理辅导人员及时开展有针对性的心理教育及拓展训练提供一定的参考。
        Nowadays,for the diversified and hierarchical social environment,the mental health for university has attracted more and more attentions. To solve the problem,a mental health evaluation model based on VPMCD is established in this paper. First of all,the main factors for influencing the mental health have been analyzed containing social environment,campus environment,family environment and personal environment. And the evaluation indexes system has been provided by the AHP and calculation of each index has been detailed. On the basement,the mental health evaluation model based on VPMCD is finally established. The analysis of the example has shown that the proposed method is able to evaluate the real mental health condition of university students,which makes preferences for the application of special mental education and outward training.
